TWO BROTHERS FROM a prominent Miami Beach real estate family are trying to revive a shuttered building in the heart of downtown Lake Worth Beach.

Josh and Jared Robins, who until recently had never been to Lake Worth Beach, paid $2.025 million in late April for the 7,500-square-foot building at 716 Lake Ave. across the street from the Lake Worth Playhouse.
