LWB officials reviewing potential safety issues with trees at 2 downtown intersections

LAKE WORTH BEACH city officials are looking into whether new shade trees are creating blind spots for motorists at two downtown intersections. If staff determines those trees are impairing driver sightlines, they’ll likely be removed.

The review was requested by Commissioner Mimi May at the City Commission meeting March 31.
