Lake Worth Beach CRA board member praised, then ousted

DONNA KERNER THOUGHT she’d done a good job in her four years as a Lake Worth Beach Community Redevelopment Agency board member. Her work received praise from CRA staff and a majority of city commissioners.
But to her surprise and disappointment last week, she was ousted from the powerful downtown spending agency in a 4-1 vote by the City Commission, which appoints the CRA board’s seven members.
